Paolini: Spatial and temporal reverse correlation

Spatial and temporal reverse correlation

Spatial and reverse correlation are two reverse correlation techniques that I developed to analyze the spatial and temporal structure of the response of direction selective cells to small moving stimuli, presented one at the time at several locations in the visual field. The data here shown has been collected from areas ML and L in the California ground squirrel.

If you want to know more about this, download my dissertation . In the dissertation, however, you will not find the temporal reverse correlation movies and the color spatial reverse correlation plots.
